Our motto is to provide high quality designer jewellery to our customers and we want you to really like your jewellery and proudly flaunt it.
If for any reason, you feel dissatisfied with the jewellery that you have purchased, you are welcome to return it to us within 7 days of purchase. The jewellery should be unused and in its original packaging and tags for full refund.
Worried about how you will send your products back to us? We will arrange for your return pick up. Once the product is received undamaged/unused in its original packaging we will refund your amount within 7 working days after deducting the shipping charges.
No returns or exchanges are accepted after 7 days. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded. When returning items, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. No refund will be done if the product is misplaced or damaged during transit when customer is returning the product. The responsibility of the returned jewellery is of the customer till it is delivered/received by us.
If you receive a defective piece, we could either replace it for you while paying for return shipping or refund the entire amount- including shipping charges.
If a customer cancels the order before the products are shipped, we refund the full price paid for the product including the shipping charges. In case you cancel it after it is shipped then the customer has to ensure that product is received by us in good condition without any damages. Upon receipt we refund the amount. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
